Garden Bench Development, LLC is a family-owned real estate company based in Atlanta, GA. We believe in fostering vibrant, mixed-income neighborhoods by building and renovating quality homes. To date, we have built and renovated over twenty homes throughout the City of Atlanta.

Our principal and co-founder - Andrew Sanders - began his career in commercial construction in New York City and Baltimore before relocating to Atlanta. With a Civil Engineering degree from Bucknell University and MBA from Georgia Tech, Andrew is a fully-licensed General Contractor in Georgia.
