Our principal Andrew Sanders has been building and renovating homes and commercial projects since 2003. Andrew is a fully licensed General Contractor and founded Garden Bench Development in 2021 to bring high-quality custom homes to the intown Atlanta market. Andrew has a Civil Engineering degree from Bucknell University and an MBA from Georgia Tech. Together with his wife Alia, they have three children, all of which are actively involved in the family business.
